These terms govern the Seekers mobile messaging program and our email marketing communications. By opting in to either, you agree to the terms below. The program is operated by SEEKERS LUXURY, S.L. If you have questions at any time, contact us at support@seekers.shop.
Mobile messaging program
What you are signing up for
When you opt in to Seekers text messages, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from Seekers at the phone number you provided at opt-in. These may include, for example, cart reminders, special offers, new product announcements and other marketing content. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.
Consent is not a condition of purchase
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can buy from us without ever opting in to texts.
Message frequency and costs
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Check with your mobile carrier if you have questions about your plan's messaging charges.
How to opt out
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message letting you know you have been unsubscribed. No further marketing messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to the effective transmission of your mobile carrier and is outside our control.
Changes to the program
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the messaging program, in whole or in part, at any time. If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you, for example by text message or email. Continued participation after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Eligibility
The messaging program is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are the account holder for the phone number provided, or have the account holder's permission to enroll it.
Email marketing
When you subscribe to our emails, we send you marketing messages such as offers, new arrivals and brand updates.
Unsubscribing
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Click it at any time to stop receiving marketing emails. We honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act, and usually much sooner. You may still receive transactional emails about your orders (such as confirmations and shipping updates) after unsubscribing from marketing.
