What are these bracelets made of?


All our bracelets contain 925 sterling silver and natural stones imported from their country of origin.
Gold pieces have 24-carat gold plating. They are manufactured to last for many years under normal use.
The black gold pieces are coated with black rhodium that have the maximum allowable thickness. They are of high quality and will last many years under normal use.

Is there a guarantee for these bracelets?


Because our best guarantee is your satisfaction, Seekers offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee if you are not happy with your order. You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

The guarantee covers the following:

  • Broken string or elastic

Please note that the guarantee does not cover plating issues, or discoloration of beads and leather. This occurs due to improper use of your jewelry.

What bracelet/ring size do I choose? How do I measure my wrist/finger?

 

This is an important section to avoid incurring extra costs due to shipping and to obtain full satisfaction for your purchase.

In the case of wanting to make a resize you have to pay a $20 USD or $40 USD fee (depending if you want a full service including pick up at home) to cover the return shipment.

Shipping information


Our shipping is FREE, PRIORITY AND EXPRESS! 

We usually ship your order the next business day. Sometimes can take up to 3 days to prepare your custom order depending on the workload in our jewelry workshop. Be patience, you will receive a tracking email when your order is on its way.

Once the bracelet is finished, it is prepared for shipping. Our shipments take between 1 to 2 days to arrive.

Seekers only works with well-established shipping providers. Your order will be insured until its delivery by us. We cannot guarantee their performance because it is out of our control, but shipping mistakes are extremely rare. 

Returns


We want you to be completely satisfied with your item.

We offer a ‘30-Day Money-Back Guarantee’ on all Seekers items purchased through www.seekers.shop. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the from the purchase order) to return the item(s). We will accept all items that are in their original condition with the original tags attached. There is a restocking fee of $30 for each order and buyer pays for return shipping. Your refund will be credited to you through the same payment method as you used to make the purchase when item arrive to Seekers warehouse.

Items purchased with promotions, on product discount or discount codes will not be accepted for money back policy. 

For a refund, items should be returned with the original tag still attached to the item and with both item and tag inside the original unaltered box. All three items should be in “like new” original condition. Any sign of use or damage, voids the refund of the amount.

Exchanges


You can exchange your bracelet paying return shipping costs. Before return send us an email to support@seekers.shop. We'll exchange by another one without additional costs.

How can I track my order?


Once the bracelet is sent, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number so you know where your order is.
Also you can Login in your Seekers account and view your orders and his status.
In case DHL Express is unable to deliver the package, the delivery person will contact you at the phone number you provided to arrange a new delivery time or location.
