What are these bracelets made of?
All our bracelets contain 925 sterling silver and natural stones imported from their country of origin.
Gold pieces have 24-carat gold plating. They are manufactured to last for many years under normal use.
The black gold pieces are coated with black rhodium that have the maximum allowable thickness. They are of high quality and will last many years under normal use.
Is there a guarantee for these bracelets?

Our shipping is FREE! It takes 1-3 days to create your custom bracelet from the time we receive your order with your wrist size. Once the bracelet is finished, it is prepared for shipping. Our shipments take between 1 to 2 days to arrive.
Seekers only works with well-established shipping providers. Your order will be insured until its delivery by us. We cannot guarantee their performance because it is out of our control, but shipping mistakes are extremely rare.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your bracelet.
We offer a ‘30-Day Money-Back Guarantee’ on all Seekers bracelets purchased through www.seekers.shop. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the from the purchase order) to return the bracelet(s). We will accept all bracelets that are in their original condition with the original tags attached. There is a restocking fee of $30 for each order, buyer pays for return shipping. Buyer has to save the tracking number. Your refund will be credited to you through the same payment method as you used to make the purchase.
Because we sell custom-made products, we are not legally obligated to offer refunds. It is because we want our customers to be 100% satisfied that we offer the ‘30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.’
The bracelet should be returned* with the original tag still attached to the bracelet and with both bracelet and tag inside the original box. All three items should be in “like new” original condition.
*The Cuff and Signature cannot be returned for refund

Once the bracelet is sent, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number so you know where your order is.
Also you can Login in your Seekers account and view your orders and his status.
In case DHL Express is unable to deliver the package, the delivery person will contact you at the phone number you provided to arrange a new delivery time or location.
