Can I return an item?
Yes — we accept returns within 60 days of the order date, provided:
- The original tag is still attached.
- The original box is included.
- The item is in “like new” condition.
Please note:
- Custom orders cannot be returned.
- 18K solid gold items (yellow, white, or rose gold) are considered custom and non-returnable.
- Sale items are final sale.
- Any signs of wear or damage will void the refund.

Who pays for return shipping?
- Return shipping and any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Based on customer feedback, USPS in-person returns typically cost around $20.
- Seekers does not refund shipping costs.
How do exchanges, resizing, or repairs work?
- The service itself (resizing, exchange, or repair) is free of charge.
- A $40 flat fee covers round-trip shipping (U.S. → Spain → U.S.).
- This ensures safe handling and delivery back to you.
