Returns Info

We offer fast, easy, and free* returns for items returned within 60 days of the order date.

We don’t want anyone to feel obligated to keep our items, but we also want to avoid situations where someone might wear our jewelry for a special event and return it with signs of use.

The return request is subject to the following conditions:

• The return request must be made within 60 days of the purchase date.
• The item must be returned with the original tag still attached.
• The original box must be returned. Item, tag, and box must be in original "like new" condition.
• Any signs of use or damage will void the refund of the total amount.
• Custom orders cannot be returned.
• Solid 18 karat gold (yellow, white, and rose gold) items are considered custom orders and, therefore, cannot be returned.
• Sale items are considered final sale. We do not accept returns for discounted items.
