Can I return an item?

Yes — we accept returns within 60 days of the order date, provided:

  • The original tag is still attached.
  • The original box is included.
  • The item is in “like new” condition.

Please note:

  • Custom orders cannot be returned.
  • 18K solid gold items (yellow, white, or rose gold) are considered custom and non-returnable.
  • Sale items are final sale.
  • Any signs of wear or damage will void the refund.

Who pays for return shipping?
  • Return shipping and any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Based on customer feedback, USPS in-person returns typically cost around $20.
  • Seekers does not refund shipping costs.
How do exchanges, resizing, or repairs work?
  • The service itself (resizing, exchange, or repair) is free of charge.
  • A $40 flat fee covers round-trip shipping (U.S. → Spain → U.S.).
  • This ensures safe handling and delivery back to you.
