Seekers One-Year Limited Warranty

SEEKERS LUXURY, S.L. ("Seekers", "we") warrants each Seekers piece against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery, when used under normal conditions and cared for as described in our care instructions.

This warranty extends to the original purchaser and to the person who received the piece as a gift, with proof of purchase (order number or gift receipt).

What this warranty covers

• Breakage of the cord, weave, or clasp under normal wear.
• Loss of structural integrity of the setting or spacers (loose or detaching components).
• Premature deterioration of the finish not caused by misuse (see exclusions).
• Stones that crack, split, or detach under normal wear.

What this warranty does not cover

• Normal wear consistent with the age of the piece, including gradual surface patina.
• Damage caused by accident, impact, crushing, or improper storage.
• Damage from exposure to chemicals, perfumes, chlorine, salt water, or abrasive cleaners, or from wearing the piece while swimming, showering, or exercising, contrary to the care instructions.
• Modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than Seekers.
• Loss or theft of the piece or any component.

What we will do

If a covered defect appears within the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair the piece or replace it with the same or an equivalent model, free of charge, including shipping both ways for warranty service. If repair and replacement are both impracticable, we will refund the purchase price. This is your exclusive remedy under this written warranty.

How to make a warranty claim

1. Email support@seekers.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the piece.
2. We will assess the claim within 3 business days and, if covered, send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
3. Repair or replacement is typically completed within 3-4 weeks of receiving the piece.

Your legal rights

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

SEEKERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. For consumers in the European Union, this commercial warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, the statutory conformity guarantee under EU law (three years under Spanish law for goods delivered on or after January 1, 2022).
