Dear fellow traveler, you are about to read the hardest thing I've had to write in the last 7 years.

THE HARDEST DECISION

First off, I want to express my sincerest gratitude and formally introduce myself, I'm César, CEO and founder of Seekers®.

Years ago, the desire to merge my unique vision of life (both internally and externally) with my great passion, designing men's jewelry, was born in me. Undoubtedly, it's one of those things that makes me leap out of bed every day.

After more than 7 years on this online journey (even more offline), thousands of customers, and countless experiences, I can only feel gratitude and a deep sense of personal growth that has led me to a better version of myself, always grounded, and above all, realizing that it has been thanks to you.

Since 2017, we haven't stopped growing, but what drives us is discontent, the desire to contribute more and more value, we always want to give you more because you deserve more.

Along the way, we've encountered countless challenges and many obstacles (perhaps this is the biggest of all).

In the last 2 years, we've wanted to have a clear commitment to accessibility, with a huge effort to offer our products at competitive prices. That's why on our website we've maintained a section with very significant discounts, to give and receive in equal measure.

We are very proud of what we've built, but we still want to give you more...

We were born for you. To create a space where you can express yourself, choose how you look and how you feel, as the complex and unique man you are, but above all so that you can find the best version of yourself. To grow inside and feel good on the outside.

Nothing will take us away from our goals (not even this huge current problem).

We will make Seekers a world reference in jewelry just for men. We won't stop until we achieve it.

WE ARE NOT PROFITABLE

Although our future is clear, the present is what it is, and we cannot renounce it...

AS OF TODAY, OUR COMPANY IS NOT PROFITABLE. Our presence in the offline world has allowed us to stay afloat. But, our resources are not infinite...

The last few years have been tremendous. We have not escaped this global situation; pandemics, wars, excessive inflation...

Not to mention, since we created Seekers® in 2017, the price of silver (75% of our products are made of silver and 25% of gold) has risen by 41% while the price of gold has skyrocketed by 53.4%.

In the last year, 2023, silver has gone up by 13%, gold by 17%. So, if you can't fight it, adapt...

But there's more:

• Increase in transport prices.
• Advertising costs
• Salaries of collaborators and employees.
• Secondary production costs

Therefore, and because we want to keep giving you the best, WE HAVE TO RAISE PRICES.

There is no other solution if we want to maintain the promises I've made to you (and our commitment to you).

WE WILL NOT BREAK OUR COMMITMENTS

We will not take our production to China, Indonesia, or any other Asian country to reduce costs and be more profitable.

We will remain obsessed with the small details and the pursuit of the exquisite. That's how our artisans work when creating each piece of jewelry. We can't conceive of doing things any other way, and that's everything to us... Just as I take care of myself, I take care of what I do and I want to take care of you.

We cannot and do not want to give you less. But, we are still not up to what you deserve. That's why, I want more for you, because it makes me feel like a better person and I feel good doing it.

Therefore, to maintain everything that has made Seekers® a reference, we have to raise prices.

You will continue to receive what you deserve. We will step out of our comfort zone, looking to exceed your expectations (and ours) because our jewelry is not for everyone, only for the most demanding (like you who do not settle for the ordinary).

But above all, this change is accompanied by renewed energy in Seekers®, something that if you have recently visited https://seekers.shop you will have noticed.

At the beginning of the year, we committed to giving more momentum and strength to everything we do at Seekers®. My way of living and feeling life makes me want to contribute value beyond the material, hence the strength with which this year's blog, all kinds of information, and history that you can find on our website have started. This is just the beginning.

Perhaps we have been utopian... Since we started, we have only thought about giving you more. We have not taken into account thousands of things that were necessary. Now the moment has come when everything has exploded.

We have delayed this decision for months. It has been very hard for us, and the truth is that we should have taken it earlier, but now it is urgent.

Sometimes, one does not realize that precisely what one wants to avoid is what one must do to take care of their customers, even if that means raising prices.

We must continue to provide them with more value every day and, at the same time, make our vision a reality. So this is the way, there's no turning back. We will move forward with firm step and determination. That is the DNA of Seekers®.

WHEN WILL WE RAISE PRICES?

The increase will not be immediate. It's the least you deserve...

Until SUNDAY, February 25 at 23:59 PT, it will be as if you had between a 15 or 20% DISCOUNT on all our products (just what our prices will increase afterwards).

Think of it as a BLACK FRIDAY in February, seriously. From Monday, February 21, we will no longer have an outlet at Seekers and from Monday, February 26, we will not have more discounts throughout the year, except for the 10% first purchase and Black Friday 2024.

We literally cannot afford discounts, or we will have to close our business and/or fail to keep what we promise you.

If you want to take advantage of the opportunity to buy before the rise, go ahead, do it, this is the perfect moment.

In case you want to wait until later, really, it's a gesture that honors you. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
