Of course! Once we receive the package back at our workshop, we’ll process a full refund.You’ll receive the amount through the same method used for your purchase: PayPal, credit card refund, or bank transfer.

Yes, we provide resizing, exchange, and repair services free of charge. Customers only need to cover the shipping costs for sending the product back to us in Spain and for its return shipment to the destination.
